Both invited speakers and poster presenters submitted abstracts for inclusion in a separate abstract book. (Contributed papers were presented in poster sessions in conjunction with vendor exhibits.) Each presenter submitted a one-page abstract for consideration and inclusion in the book, which was distributed at the conference.
