Registration

An advance registration form is enclosed with the third announcement. You may also print and use a PDF version of the form. Participants should complete the form and return it with full payment by June 26, 1998, to avoid the late fee. The registration fees listed below include entrance to all oral and poster sessions, the book of abstracts, the welcome reception on Sunday, August 2, all coffee breaks, and other conference costs. Conference proceedings, which will include full text of both invited and contributed papers, will be sold separately by the publisher after the conference.
