The BIW08 program includes:
- 3 Tutorial talks - 75 min + 15 min for discussion
- 8 Invited talks - 35 min + 10 min for discussion
- 1 Faraday Cup Award talk - 35 min + 10 min for discussion
- 7 Oral Contributed Talks - 20 min + 10 min for discussion
Coffee and lunch breaks are significantly long in order to encourage informal discussion among attendees.
The single poster session on Tuesday afternoon overlaps with the vendors' exhibits in order to provide opportunities for interactions between attendees and company representatives. In addition, the banquet on Tuesday evening will allow company representatives attending the workshop for a single day to participate in the social event.
